Kara has a special understanding of the value of human touch and the healing that is derived. Her training has served to broaden this understanding as well as give her the tools to more thoroughly address symptoms of pain, limited mobility and muscular imbalance. Kara also has special training in Myofascial Release, a gentle touch technique used to eliminate pain and restore motion. Her Massage Therapy training in conjunction with her Physical Therapist Assistant training give her a special advantage of using massage, movement and exercise to help her patients.
