I graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy, and a minor in Psychology. I am passionate about helping individuals improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life through movement, education, and supportive care.

In my role as an Exercise Specialist and Complete Care Coordinator, I enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting them throughout their wellness journey. I believe exercise should feel accessible, empowering, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Whether I am leading classes, developing exercise programs, or helping patients navigate their care, I strive to create a welcoming environment where people feel supported, encouraged, and confident in their ability to make lasting changes to their health.
